Privacy Policy

Last updated · July 2026

Track Over Everything ("TOE," "we," "us") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website or, in a future phase, uses the TOE platform. This policy explains what information we collect today and how we use it.

What we currently collect

At this stage, TOE's public website collects only the information you choose to submit through our contact form: first name, last name, email address, your role (for example coach, parent, or league director), your organization name if provided, and any message you write. We also record the page you submitted the form from and a timestamp.

How we use it

We use contact-form submissions solely to respond to your inquiry, follow up about a demonstration, or discuss a potential partnership. We do not sell this information.

What we do not yet do

TOE has not yet launched an authenticated platform, athlete accounts, or a mobile application. Until that platform is live, we do not collect athlete data, household data, or performance data of any kind. When the authenticated platform launches, this policy will be expanded and re-published with a new effective date before any account data is collected.

Data retention

Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for reasonable internal record-keeping, after which they may be deleted upon request.

Your rights

You may request that we delete a contact-form submission you previously sent by emailing support@trackovereverything.com.
