Track Over Everything is an organization, communication, and membership platform for track and field. TOE is not a meet-registration system, a clerking system, a timing system, or an official-scoring system, and does not replace timing or meet-management software such as Hy-Tek Meet Manager, FinishLynx, AthleticLIVE, MeetPro, or any other provider used to run a meet.
What TOE may display
Where an approved data-sharing integration exists with a timing or meet-management provider, TOE may display information such as event schedules, event status, check-in status, heat and lane information, call-up status, live results, and team scores. That information originates from, and remains the responsibility of, the third-party provider. TOE labels the source and status of every piece of imported information — for example, the provider name, a last-synchronized time, and whether a result is preliminary, unofficial, or official.
No vendor partnership implied
Naming a timing or meet-management provider on this website does not mean that provider has approved, endorsed, or partnered with Track Over Everything. Every integration requires the provider's written authorization and technical documentation before it is enabled. Until that authorization is complete, any reference to that provider on this site is labeled "Vendor Approval Required," and no live data exchange occurs.
No unauthorized data access
TOE does not scrape any provider's website, reverse-engineer private endpoints, or use unofficial third-party scraping services to obtain meet data.
TOE never promotes unofficial data to official
When TOE does display imported results, it will never silently convert preliminary or unofficial information into official information. Any correction to official results must occur in the source timing or meet-management system and then synchronize back into TOE.
