Track over everything.
The organization, communication, and membership hub for track and field — built for league directors, coaches, parents, and athletes. TOE keeps everyone connected to the season; your timing or meet-management system stays the authority on meet day.
Everyone gets the view
they actually need.
League directors, coaches, parents, and athletes each get a workspace built for their role — organized around the same league, club, and season records.

Memberships. Communication. Meet data.
TOE is the organization and communication layer for track and field — not a replacement for your timing or meet-management system. Here's what each part of the platform actually does, and its current build status.
Real approval workflows
Clubs request to join a league. Athletes and guardians request to join a club. Every request is reviewed and approved by the right administrator, with a full audit history — no self-service memberships.
Role-appropriate announcements
League and club administrators can reach exactly the coaches, parents, and athletes who need an update — without exposing one household's information to another.
Clearly labeled, never invented
When an approved timing or meet-management provider shares data with TOE, we display it with its source and status. TOE never treats preliminary information as official.
What's built, what's in progress, what needs a vendor.
Club & league membership requests
A club requests to join a league; the league administrator reviews and approves or rejects the request, with an audit trail.
In DevelopmentHousehold & athlete relationships
Parents connect to an athlete profile through an invitation-and-acceptance process — never a shared password.
In DevelopmentRole-based dashboards
Separate, permission-enforced views for platform admins, league admins, club admins, meet directors, coaches, parents, athletes, and timing partners.
In DevelopmentAnnouncements
League and club administrators can publish announcements to the correct audience.
PlannedImported meet schedules, status & results
Displayed only once a timing or meet-management provider has approved a data integration with TOE and shared documentation for it.

TOE gives league administrators a real membership and communication system — club applications, season management, and a place for your approved timing provider's data to surface to your league, clearly labeled by source and status. TOE does not build heat sheets, seed events, or score meets — that stays with your timing or meet-management system.
- Review and approve club membership applications, by season.
- Manage league seasons, staff, and announcements.
- Select and track your meet's approved timing provider integration.
- View imported event status and results, labeled by source and sync time.
- Full audit history of every approval decision.
Own your roster.
Manage the athletes assigned to your team, review membership requests, and keep parents and athletes informed — without needing access to every athlete in the club. TOE does not enter athletes into meets or check them in on meet day; that happens in your meet's timing or meet-management system.
- Roster scoped to your assigned team or age group — not the whole club.
- Review and respond to athlete membership requests you're delegated to handle.
- Team announcements to parents and athletes.
- Imported schedule and results for your athletes, labeled by source.
- Guardian contact information only when a relationship authorizes it.
Stay connected to the season.
Manage your household, connect to your athlete's profile the right way, and follow club and league updates — all from a responsive website that works on your phone. A native mobile app is not available yet; it may be added in a future phase.
- Create a household and connect one or more athlete profiles by invitation.
- Request club membership for your athlete, by season.
- Receive club and league announcements.
- See imported meet schedules and results, labeled by source and status.
- Your own login — never a shared password with your athlete.

Know your season.
Your own profile, your own login, and a clear view of your club memberships, guardians, and imported meet information — once a parent or guardian invites you to connect to your athlete profile.
- Your own individual login — never shared with a parent or guardian.
- See your club and team memberships and their status.
- See which guardians are connected to your profile.
- Imported schedule, status, and results, labeled by source.
- Request corrections to your profile or a relationship you believe is wrong.
Built by track people, honestly, from South Jersey.
We're not claiming to replace your timing system, and we're not going to tell you a feature is ready before it actually is. TOE is being built to be the organization and communication layer track and field has never had — nothing more, nothing less, and nothing we haven't tested.

Built by track people, from South Jersey.
Track and field is one of the most operationally complex sports in youth athletics — dozens of events, hundreds of athletes, and a season's worth of memberships, approvals, and communication to keep straight. Most of that still runs on spreadsheets, group chats, and paper forms.
Track Over Everything was started in South Jersey, built from real youth track-and-field coaching and league-management experience. We're building the organization and communication layer we wished we'd had — real membership workflows, real permissions, and a clear, honest place for approved meet data to surface to the people who need it.
We are track-and-field-first, and we're building this in the open: every feature on this site is labeled with its real status, and we'll never claim a vendor integration is active until we have that vendor's written approval.
