Data & Youth Privacy
Track Over Everything is being built with the understanding that a large share of the people the platform ultimately serves — athletes — are minors. This page explains our current approach and commitments while the authenticated platform is still in development.
No youth data collected today
The public website you are viewing today does not collect any information about minors. We do not operate athlete accounts, youth profiles, or a mobile application. The only data collected today is what an adult voluntarily submits through our contact form.
Planned safeguards for the future platform
When the authenticated platform launches, athlete accounts will be governed by a configurable youth-account policy rather than a single hard-coded age rule, so that access levels — such as a parent-managed profile, limited athlete access, standard athlete access, or adult athlete control — can be applied appropriately as an athlete matures. Parent or guardian relationships to an athlete profile will require an explicit invitation-and-acceptance workflow; a parent and an athlete will never share login credentials, and every relationship change will be recorded in an audit trail.
Consent
Any future collection of data belonging to a minor will require appropriate guardian consent before that data is collected, consistent with applicable law. We will publish a revised version of this page, with a new effective date, before any such collection begins.
